Last day working in Admiralty.Chatted with Ah Yi when she came to my partition.
A mother of two, put all her efforts to bring them up.
She wants them to get good grades and a good job.
Well...
Have lunch with KaNam and our Temp Boss.
Temp Boss took us to the Western Restaurant of the Chinese Cuisine Training Institute.
Quite a special restaurant.
We are served by trainees.
As part of their training, we all need to speak in English.
I ordered the following:
Herbed Chicken Goujons with Pineapple Salad
Cream of Fennel Soup with Smoked Salmon
Pan-Fried Sea Trout Fillet with Tarragon Cream Sauce
Passion Fruit Mousse with Cointreau Sauce (I believe they gave me Chocolate Mille-Feuille instead)
Ice Tea
Petit Fours
